The seller of this item is disposing of it as a personal copy, having ordered its digitization (here analogue) for archival purposes, which is allowed under copyright law. It is not a counterfeit or bootleg. 

All sales are final.

In the event that the VHS tape is found to have cosmetic damage upon receipt, you may be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit. Please note that refunds or returns will not be granted based on dissatisfaction with the playable content or its perceived quality. The content on each tape will vary, starting from 1 hour of transferred material and up.
